About
I build what I advise on.
I'm Tyson McKay, and I run Equity Solutions Network out of Phoenix, Arizona: fractional CISO services, IT assessments, AI governance, and AI training for organizations that carry real security and technology obligations without a full-time executive to own them. Every engagement has a defined scope and a published price.
I'm also a software builder. MyJobDaddy, Whitestance, MyRemodelQuote, MyRemodelCalculator, and Makers Imprint are production platforms I designed, built, and operate. The services and the products come from the same philosophy. I only give advice backed by something that actually runs.

Fractional CIO & CISO | 30 years running the technical side of businesses that can't staff it themselves, security, infrastructure, and the website when nobody else is left to touch it | CISSP · MBA
At SWN, the company ran out of money and let the marketing guy go. Nobody else in the building knew how to touch the website, so I learned Squarespace and kept it running. Nobody called that a career change. It was just the next thing that needed covering. That's what a CIO actually does at a company that can't afford five specialists. You don't get to only own the parts of the job that sound impressive. Security, networks, help desk, telephony, and yes, the website, they're all the same job when there's nobody else in the building who can do them.
The track record
How ESN works
Fixed scopes and published prices, because a discovery call shouldn't be the toll for finding out what something costs. Sprint-cycle delivery, because AI and security obligations don't wait for 18-month roadmaps. And production software in the portfolio, because the fastest way to keep advice honest is to live with the consequences of your own architecture.
